Before deployment, you can consult with us regarding your planned smart home configuration.

We can help you:

• Check compatibility of planned devices
• Select suitable devices and technologies
• Determine whether Matter, Thread, MQTT, or other technologies are appropriate
• Review the basic system configuration

This consultation is intended to help you prepare for the deployment. Complex system design or custom development may require an additional service.

What You Need to Provide

• Your own compatible PC or server
• Stable Internet and network connectivity
• SSH access to the system
• Smart home devices to be integrated
• Required hubs, gateways, or controllers
• An OpenThread Border Router if Thread-based devices are used

Hardware is not included in this service.

Service Limitations

This service includes up to:

• 5 smart home devices
• 5 automation rules

Additional devices and automation rules are available through our Additional Devices & Automations Service.

Custom development, unsupported devices, complex network configurations, VPN deployment, or advanced troubleshooting may require an additional service.
